We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Vineyard at Saint Charles listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost $150-250.
Iowa charges a 7% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour.
Two Day Rentals
Want a little extra time? Add 6 hours on a Thursday to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee. (Some Fridays available for Saturday rentals, please inquire).
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite! This is a great option for many of our couples who want to keep things simple for themselves and for guests!
